And the bet is…

So F-Mike (of F-Timmi fame) and Digg (of Mainline Nation fame) made a bet…similar to the Dirty Man Competition from the movie, “Knocked Up”. F-Mike cannot shave his face until Memorial Day (Monday, May 26th). If he makes it to Memorial Day without shaving, Dave will hand F-Mike $500 in cash…but…if he shaves before Memorial Day, then he has to wear his Mainline Nation t-shirt every night he bartends at Cafe Hollywood on Lark Street in Albany from that day until the Fourth of July. It’s going to get interesting…and dirty.

We’ll be posting pictures weekly to keep you updated on the ridiculous attempt F-Mike is making at growing a beard.

Check out our boy, Joel Kelley, in the new film, “21″

Our boy, Joel Kelley, has a cameo in the new Robert Luketic film, “21″ featuring Kevin Spacey, Laurence Fishburne, Kate Bosworth and Jim Sturgess. Luketic is known for his past box office smashes, “Monster In Law”, “Win A Date With Tad Hamilton” and “Legally Blonde”.

“21″, which opens nationwide, March 28th, is the fact-based story about six MIT students who were trained to become experts in card counting and subsequently took Vegas casinos for millions in winnings.

Kelley, guitarist from the rock group, Edison and vocalist/guitarist from the band Hightower, was also recently featured in the Denzel Washington film, “The Great Debaters”, a drama based on the true story of Melvin B. Tolson, a professor at Wiley College Texas. In 1935, he inspired students to form the school’s first debate team, which went on to challenge Harvard in the national championship.
